Mom & Me Yoga
Girls ages 7-11 + Adult
This 6-week session in yoga, mindfulness, and meditation brings together moms and their daughters using a holistic approach to connection and movement. Through guided practice you will explore both standing and seated postures, flow, dynamic breathing and relaxation techniques, and some coveted 1:1 time.
Taught by our yoga specialist, Lindsay Stewart, this program offers a unique opportunity to slow down, create space and awareness, and prioritize special bonding time with your daughter in a stress-free setting.
Each class will have dedicated social-emotional activities meant to create meaningful connections with your daughter(s).
Classes are designed for self-identified girls ages 7-11 and moms/other significant female role models. All levels are welcome.

Mom & Me Run Club
Girls ages 7-11 + Adult
No running experience required! This outdoor program brings together moms and their daughters in a relaxed, fun setting where they can connect, move, and laugh together. Through guided physical activity that includes circuits, relays, games, and running activities, we’ll build strength, endurance, coordination, and speed.
During the course of the program, our coach will guide participants through age- and skill-appropriate activities to work towards building motivation to pursue physical activity for life. Activities include: a community scavenger hunt, fitness escape room, relays, circuits, and a fun run on our final day!
Classes are designed for self-identified girls ages 7-11 and moms/other significant female role models. All levels are welcome.
