Calgary’s premier leadership and multi-sport program for girls.

We’re the leader in specialized programs for girls, designed for their unique physical and social-emotional needs.

In our 10-week sessions, female coaches and mentors get girls moving in a fun, supportive atmosphere with age-appropriate games, circuits, and relays to build skills in strength, coordination, speed and agility. Introduction to sports such as volleyball, soccer, basketball, floor hockey, track & field, and field hockey are taught with a focus on basic skill development and game play.

We tackle hands-on leadership themes and projects and learn using various methods, such as hands-on activities, games, group discussion, 1:1 mentoring, and individual projects.

Each class and session are unique - no two are ever the same!
